I have a 12 piece place set and the fixed slots barely hold 12 pieces. I like that the sides expand for serving pieces and other small kitchen tools but the 5 center slots can’t be adjusted. I wish I had read the measurements more closely and could’ve predicted this problem. It works fine; I simply don’t like the way the silverware looks in the tray. Otherwise, the tray seems sturdy and stays in place.

We love the colour and love how we can adjust it and it was a little too large for mine so we use the left compartment and put it at the back where there was an empty space in my rolling cupboard

Exactly what I needed! Pulls out wider when I need that and then compresses when I don’t! I love that versatility. But mostly, it’s the larger storage capacity that I need so it’s mostly wide open. I like the color, I like the capacity, I like everything about it.
