These glass Tupperware are incredibly sturdy with a nice weight to them. They’re the perfect size for leftovers and other storage needs. I love that you can stack them without worrying about them breaking, and they’re dishwasher safe for easy cleanup. The lids fit snugly, keeping food fresh. Overall, these are a high-quality product that I highly recommend!

I prefer glass as it does not stain, it does not it pick up flavors (or odors) from some food items and it is so easy to clean. I really like this 8 cup size because so often I have to divide food into several containers. Great product.

*Updated May 2024. I broke 1 in the dishwasher because it shifted during wash cycle and something chipped it. Other than that these are still going strong.
Original review: I bought these over a year ago to stop storing food in plastic containers. I kept 1 brand new and unused. I compared to the ones I used for over a year. These wear well. I have cleaned by hand and in the dishwasher. I have baked a chicken breast in one. I have frozen leftovers in them too. I have microwaved them using the lids as covers, but not locked down without damaging although they recommend not using lids in microwaves.
After a year they are in great shape. Small signs of wear like scratches on the lid and surface of the glass (think pyrex or anchor cookware showing use). The only time they leaked was when I turned the container upside during marinating (yeah, it was that kind of day) These don’t truly nest, but do a half nest to be stackable. I write the date with dry erase markers on the lid when storing food. The lid gasket is silicon and removable for cleaning and goes easily back into the channel. It hasn’t stained and I have had marinades and pasta sauce get on them. Containers do not hold odors after washing (even diced onions) I have recommended these to friends and would buy again when they break. Glass bottoms will outlast the lids unless dropped. I feel I got my money worth and spent the same as plastic containers that stain and melt.

Immediately adopted.
Only mini complain, the seal is great but sometimes a little hard to close. But great stuff.

It’s hard to find a glass container this size that is leak proof. I turned it upside down to check and it is. With all plastic lids I wouldn’t recommend putting them in the dishwasher. I like the rectangular shape – takes up less space.
While one person mentioned thin glass that is not my experience at all. It’s nice and thick.

These containers are made from the best glass – borosilicate glass, considered the best type for food containers. They seal well, however, the lids are rather difficult to close. They do have a good seal, though. We use them for the large pots of soup we make regularly, so when filled with the liquids, they are definitely heavy. I”d rather have the glass that is safer for our food, though so I deal with the weight.

This is more of the sets I have purchased. These are quality sets. And sometimes they run specials.very well worth the purchases. Lid closures are easy. The capacity and meal prep are some other options. My pantry all matches with dry goods and storage. I am amazingly happy with these sets.

These are great. I might need to order more. Love the size for leftovers. It’s nice that I can put leftover, hot food in them, let it cool down, then put into the fridge and not worry about the plastic products.

Over the last couple of years I’ve realized that high quality food storage containers are well worth price. These are so much better than plastic wear in every way. They’re durable and seal tightly on all 4 sides. Well worth the investment.
I’ve purchased a number of similar containers of this quality but these are a bit larger than most and rather handy.
